Payment Orchestration — development details
The documented foundation includes payment creation and retrieval, durable refunds, provider connectors and central administration. Further work includes merchant enablement, real provider integrations, reconciliation and operational readiness. External PCI DSS assessment and commercial launch are future milestones.
Hydra — concept details
Designed to validate transaction execution paths and authorization lineage before settlement. The proposed deployment model progresses from shadow monitoring to controlled enforcement. Design stage before implementation; intended capabilities have not been validated in production.

Our team’s professional background spans payment platforms, enterprise applications, public-sector systems and digital education. We combine hands-on development with experience in product strategy, financial operations and commercial delivery.
Payments & financial operations
Experience across payment orchestration, PSP integrations, card programmes, digital wallets, merchant onboarding and payment operations, alongside AML governance and risk management.
Software architecture & engineering
Senior engineering experience in distributed applications, APIs, web and mobile development, databases and cloud infrastructure, supported by a background in software quality and research.
AI & institutional learning
Experience building conversational and voice agents, document-based question answering, knowledge graphs and AI tutoring systems for learning and training.
Product & delivery leadership
